+ 2 Toes to Bar

+ 1 Chest to Bar Pull Up

Workout

20 Min Alternating EMOM

a. 1 Power Clean

+ 3 Front Squat

+ 3 Push Press

+ 1 C&J 80% BW

b. 2 Killer Sprint
