FREE CLASS

To find out what working out at CrossFit 868 is like, come join us for a free class every Tuesday at 6:00 pm. PLEASE call or email to reserve your spot in a class. We limit the number of new clients in each class to ensure you get the coaching you need.


What happens at a free class?
Just show up at the gym in comfortable clothes for the free class.  A coach will introduce him or herself and will have you sign a waiver.  Our coaches will take you and the rest of the free class through a warm up and will then guide the class through a 10-15 minute sample CrossFit workout.  After you catch your breath, we will explain more about what CrossFit is all about, and will take time to answer any questions.


But what if I am overweight, out of shape, or have an injury?
No matter your age or level of fitness, CrossFit workouts can and will be scaled to your ability.  In the case of injury, any movement prescribed in the workouts can be modified or a different movement can be substituted so as not to aggravate your injury.  Keep in mind you are working with a certified personal trainer.  They understand athletic injuries, and injury prevention. 


What if I’m still not sure?
You are welcome to come again to a second free class.  Feel free to bring a friend!  There will be no pressure placed upon you to become a member–guaranteed.


What if I can’t make it to any of the free class times?
Contact one of our coaches at 608-931-2272 and we will work with you and your schedule to find a time for you to join us for a free workout.
