About Our Gym

  • 3000 square foot facility with enough equipment to accommodate almost any class size.
  • 2000 square feet of rubber flooring, with additional workout space (GHDs, rowers, squat racks, etc.)
  • All new equipment from Rogue Fitness and Christian’s Fitness Factory.
  • Experienced team of 8 coaches with over 15 years combined CrossFit training experience.  Our coaches hold a number of certifications including CrossFit L1, CrossFit Coaches Prep Course, CrossFit Endurance Trainer, Olympic Lifting, and ISSA Certified Fitness Trainer.
  • Free chilled water is available from our water cooler.

At CrossFit 868, we will provide a fitness program for strength and conditioning, with a focus on the fundamentals.  Members will first master the basics and with this foundation, each member will find success in reaching their goals.  CrossFit 868 is dedicated to building a community with support and motivation for each member that will change your life forever.
